Does Tilespace supplier’s products come with a guarantee?

We endeavour to provide the best quality products from our suppliers. Installation standards, maintenance and on-going care plays a very important role in product longevity. Additional guarantees may differ amongst suppliers and all quality assurance queries can be discussed in-store with our skilled sales staff.

Are Tilespace products eco-friendly?

Our suppliers follow their local sustainability guidelines for procuring raw materials and promoting eco-friendly manufacturing and distribution techniques.

What are the return policies for products purchased?

There is a 15% handling fee on all returns. Special product requests (non stock items) are non-refundable.

What is the lead time for products which need to be ordered from international suppliers?

Generally 4-6 weeks lead time subject to factory availability. May differ amongst our suppliers due to geographical location.
